Hours: Monday - Friday: 8:30AM - 5:00PM by appointment. Open Saturday morning with one Nurse Practitioner and one staff nurse for acute patients of the clinic. We reserve this time for ACUTE SERVICES and usually do not schedule regular appointments. Please do not call for test results or medication refills or the schedule future appointments on Saturday.
After Hours: Physician available on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Practice Description: Providing Family Practice services for newborns to geriatrics. All physicians are Board Certified in Family Practice by AAFP.

Prescription Refills: When you pick up your last refill, ask the pharmacist to fax the office a new refill request if necessary.
Test Results: Communicated to patients after review by ordering physician or his designee. This may be done by phone or visit at the discretion of the providers. Patients are welcome to call if they do not hear from us in a reasonable time. Depending upon the test, the results could be available from 24 hours to several days.
