Do you need help paying for your medications?

♦ Do you take some prescription medications for a long-term chronic disease?

♦ Do you think you meet low-income guidelines?

If you answered YES to these two questions, read more:

♦ Do you have medical insurance that pays for prescription medications?

♦ Are you eligible for Medicaid to pay for your prescription medications?

♦ Are you eligible for the Veterans’ Administration to pay for your prescription medications?

If you answered NO to these questions, you might be eligible to obtain your prescription medications directly from Pharmaceutical Companies.

North Country Hospital’s Medication Assistance Program coordinates the process between you - with your health care provider - and the pharmaceutical companies.
Most medications are free and some have small co-pays.
Not all medications are available through these programs.

If you are interested in learning if you qualify, talk to your health care provider.

North Country Hospital has someone ready to help you with this Medication Assistance Program
