Kingdom Occupational Health Services assists employers and employees in all facets of Occupational Medicine. With our board certified occupational physician and nursing staff, we provide necessary medical care and guidance. As a team, we:
- Strive to make an unbiased judgment as to the work-relatedness of injuries
- Assume tight medical management of worker's compensation cases
- Work cohesively with the employer, employee, nurse case manager and the insurance company
- Work to make sure employees have appropriate restrictions and we minimize time away from work
- Collaborate with physical therapists and occupational therapists and any other involved practitioners
- Strive to make sure medical care is effectively delivered and cases are brought to a close in an efficient and timely manner

- One stop complete DOT services (Dept. of Transportation) - Physicals, Urine Drug Screen Collection, Breath Alcohol Screening (Certified Medical Review Officer on site)

Drive toward Newport on access road
Turn Right onto Crawford
Turn Left into parking lot (yellow building w/green trim)
Park at rear of building; use back door entrance
From Downtown Newport:
Drive down length of Main Street
Turn Left across causeway bridge (RJ's Friendly Market is on the Left)
Turn Right onto I-91 access road
Go straight through intersection at fire station, and up hill towards I-91
As road narrows at top of hill, turn Left onto Crawford Farm Road
Turn Left into parking lot (yellow building w/green trim)
Park at rear of building; use back door entrance
From East:
Rt. 5 towards Newport
Turn Left at stoplight by Cumberland Farms
Turn Left onto I-91 access road at stoplight by fire station
