The goal of North Country Hospital’s Medication Assistance Program is to help patients obtain their Brand Name medications, so that they can take them regularly and feel better.

The North Country Hospital Medication Assistance Program will apply on your behalf for available assistance program(s) directly through the pharmaceutical company(s). Each company has different eligibility guidelines and will make the decision whether or not you are eligible for their assistance.
